Typhoon 6, a large and powerful typhoon, is currently moving westward over the sea north of Miyako Island in Okinawa Prefecture. Strong winds are blowing in Okinawa and surrounding areas. The typhoon is expected to maintain its strength as it moves eastward from the 4th onwards, potentially causing prolonged effects in Okinawa and Amami regions of Kagoshima Prefecture.
