Moving on to our next story, the western regions of Japan, including China, Kinki, and Tokai, have been hit by record-breaking heavy rain due to the influence of Typhoon No. 7. The heavy rain has triggered special warnings in various areas, including Tottori City, where the ground has become loose due to the previous rainfall.
