This finding provides new insights into the mechanisms behind these conditions. Shifting gears, a tragic accident occurred on the Chita Peninsula Road in Aichi Prefecture. A truck collided with the median and spilled its cargo, including rocks, onto the opposite lane, resulting in the death of a male driver in a passenger car. The police have arrested the truck driver and are investigating the cause and details of the accident. In the aftermath of the Noto Peninsula earthquake, voices of frustration and despair are emerging from the disaster-stricken areas. People are sharing their experiences of being unable to receive help, including the inability to reach emergency medical services and the lack of assistance in evacuation centers. The devastating impact of the earthquake and tsunami has left many grieving and feeling helpless.
