The fire resulted in the discovery of two bodies at the site. The police and fire department are currently investigating the cause of the fire.

Moving on to Tokyo, a fatal accident took place on the Tokyo Bay Highway. A truck collided with two cars that were parked in the overtaking lane, resulting in one fatality and two serious injuries. It is believed that the deceased individual had stopped to help a car with a puncture and was outside the vehicle when the accident occurred.

In weather news, the Japan Meteorological Agency has issued a warning for unstable atmospheric conditions in western and northern Japan. Thunderstorms, tornadoes, and strong gusts of wind are expected on the 17th. The agency advises the public to exercise caution and be aware of the potential dangers.

In other news, a company in Tokyo has been involved in an illegal fundraising scheme under the guise of medical institution credit guarantees. The company’s president and seven others have been arrested for unlawfully collecting funds from multiple clients. Investigation reveals that the company had been postponing the repayment of principal by promising special dividends. The Tokyo Metropolitan Police suspect that the company had no actual business operations and were intentionally delaying the discovery of their illegal activities.

In a separate incident, a Vietnamese national has been arrested for attempting to withdraw cash using a stolen cash card from a robbery in Nikko, Tochigi Prefecture. The 25-year-old individual was apprehended, and a 23-year-old Vietnamese companion was also arrested on suspicion of illegal stay. The police are investigating possible connections between this case and a series of robbery incidents in the mountainous areas of Tochigi, Nagano, Gunma, and Fukushima.

Lastly, in Oita City, a young girl sustained minor injuries to her face when a roadside sign fell over. The police are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
